Terms and Conditions for Consultation with India’s No. 1 Astrologer, Raushan Kumar Jha

By submitting your application and booking a consultation with Raushan Kumar Jha, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Consultation Process:
   
   • To initiate the consultation, the client must submit an application form and make a secure payment as per the agreed charges.
   • After payment, the full Kundli report will be provided within 24 hours, and a personal consultation will be scheduled within 2 hours.
     
     
2. Consultation Charges:
   • The consultation charges are ₹501 . Payment must be completed before the session begins.
   • If the consultation time exceeds the initial hour, additional charges may apply.
     
     
3. Accuracy of Information:
   • The client is responsible for providing accurate birth details (date, time, and place of birth) to ensure the authenticity and accuracy of the Kundli report and predictions.
     
     
4. Confidentiality:
   • All personal and astrological information shared during the consultation will be kept confidential and will not be shared with any third parties without your explicit consent.
     
     
5. Refund Policy:
   • No refunds will be issued once the consultation has been completed or the Kundli report has been delivered.
   • In the event of technical difficulties that prevent the consultation from taking place, Raushan Kumar Jha’s team will work to reschedule the session at the earliest opportunity.
     
     
6. Consultation Rescheduling:
   • If you wish to reschedule your session, please inform us at least 24 hours in advance. Failure to do so may incur an additional fee.
   • In the event of any unforeseen circumstances on our part, we will notify you and reschedule the session accordingly.
     
     
7. Limitation of Liability:
   • Raushan Kumar Jha is not responsible for any decisions made based on astrological guidance. The consultation is meant for informational purposes and should not replace professional advice regarding health, legal, or financial matters.
     
     
8. Right to Refuse Service:
   • Raushan Kumar Jha reserves the right to refuse consultation if the provided information is inaccurate or if the client’s behavior is deemed inappropriate or disrespectful.
     
     
9. No Guarantees:
   • While every effort will be made to provide insightful and accurate astrological guidance, Raushan Kumar Jha does not guarantee specific outcomes or results. Astrological predictions are based on interpretations of planetary positions and their influence, which may vary.
